As the Greenwich Peninsula community expanded, MACE built five new residential apartment blocks and various commercial units. Arc Waterproofing were engaged to carry out roofing and rooftop landscaping for Phase 1 of the project which involved two blocks.

Furthermore, we designed, manufactured and installed a stair enclosure to provide access to the private roof terraces as well as installing bespoke dividing screens, bespoke specialist MEP housings, automated opening vents, access ladders and hatched to facilitate future maintenance without requiring entry to the two penthouse apartments
