Community Coffee Afternoon with Our Residents 

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of hosting a Resident Coffee Afternoon for our residents on a new project. It was a fantastic opportunity to bring everyone together in a relaxed setting, share updates on the improvement works currently taking place in their homes, and—most importantly—listen to their thoughts and experiences.

Over coffee and biscuits, we walked residents through the progress so far, what they can expect next, and how we’re working to minimise disruption while delivering long-term positive changes. The conversation was open, constructive, and a great reminder of how valuable face-to-face engagement is when it comes to shaping safe, comfortable, and well-maintained homes.

We look forward to holding more sessions like this as the project continues. Community matters—and so does staying connected.
