Our scope has included:

 New communal and emergency lighting installations
 New fire-rated riser partitions and door sets
 All associated containment, builders’ works, testing, and redecoration

Working collaboratively with Poplar HARCA & Baily Garner, our electrical and compliance teams have ensured a smooth delivery — from design through to commissioning — with minimal disruption to residents and full alignment with the latest regulatory standards.
