This Christmas, our people truly embodied what Arc Group stands for. 

Across the Group, our team members came together to personally purchase and thoughtfully put together Christmas gifts for young carers and families supported by Family Action. Each gift was carefully tailored, wrapped with care, and given with one intention only — to bring a little joy, comfort, and magic to families who give so much of themselves every day.

The messages we received in return were incredibly humbling. Families spoke about the difference these hampers made, the smiles on their children’s faces, and how personal and meaningful the gesture felt to them. Hearing directly from parents and young people — some as young as 5 and 7 — reinforced just how powerful simple kindness can be at this time of year

This wasn’t a corporate exercise. These gifts were funded, chosen, and delivered through the generosity and compassion of our colleagues, reflecting the culture we are so proud of — one rooted in empathy, community, and doing the right thing even when no one is watching.
