We’re going red to show we care 

This week, our Site Temps division turned site lighting red in support of a children’s charity campaign 'Become', helping to shine a light on the experiences of children in care and young care leavers.

By changing our site lighting, we wanted to create a visible statement of support — using our built environment to raise awareness and encourage conversations about how we can all play a part in making a difference beyond the construction site.

Small actions can have a powerful impact. From funding employment coaching to supporting young people as they move into education or work, initiatives like this remind us that construction has a role to play in supporting communities and creating opportunity.

A big thank you to our Site Temps team who helped make this happen. We’re proud to stand alongside causes that support the next generation and help young people feel seen, valued and supported.
