A member of the public, not a resident, was passing through the estate when he suddenly collapsed with severe abdominal pain. Without hesitation, our team stepped in—providing immediate assistance, keeping him safe and comfortable, and calling emergency services straight away.

Thanks to their quick thinking and calm response, the individual received prompt medical attention and was safely taken to hospital.
