Net Zero

Constructing a sustainable legacy for generations to come

Our ambition is clear : to achieve Net Zero carbon by 2030 - and we are on track.  We have measured and reported our Scope 1, 2 & 3emissions, achieving a 30% reduction since 2020 and continue to drive further reductions across our operations and supply chain.

Our approach is built on transparency, accountability and collaboration.  We work closely with our supply chain and material partners to reduce embodied and operational carbon, improve efficiency and embed sustainable practices across the lifecycle of our projects.

Where residual emissions remain, we will offset them transparently through verified UK-based projects that deliver environmental and social benefits, including:-

  • Forestry & Conservation - reforestation and conservation schemes that capture carbon and protect existing natural assets
  • Renewable Energy - supporting solar, wind and hydro projects that expand clean energy generation, reduce reliance on fossil fuels and create skilled employment
  • Community Energy Projects - introducing energy-efficient technologies within under-served communities, improving affordability, resilience and independence
  • Waste to Energy - converting waste into usable energy by capturing methane and generating electricity, reducing landfill and emissions

By combining carbon reduction, responsible offsetting and robust governance, we are delivering a credible, measurable and lasting Net Zero pathway - creating safer, more sustainable buildings for the future.
