Beechwood is a large house that we have converted into a 6 - bedroom HMO which require the complete renovation and refurbishment. Works included an extension to the rear, all new windows and fire doors, fire alarm system, new kitchen, new bathrooms and external redecoration and landscaping all around the property.

Although the building was void at the time of construction, the surrounding neighbours were a huge consideration. We letter dropped prior to starting works and provided regular newsletters as works progressed.
