Arc Group's Building Safety Teams, operating within our Property Services division, specialise in delivering Building Safety Act-aligned fire safety and compliance works across residential buildings, communal areas and HMOs.  Working in partnership with local authorities and housing providers, we support compliance with Building Safety Regulator (BSR) expectations while protecting residents and safeguarding assets.

Our structured, end-to-end approach ensures risk is identified, controlled and fully documented, maintaining a clear Golden Thread of safety information throughout each project.

Key Works

• Fire Risk & Compartmentation Assessments - following independent fire risk assessments, we carry out detailed door, compartmentation and intrusive surveys across dwellings, lofts, risers and basements to identify non-compliance
• Scope Development & Technical Planning - we develop clear, risk-based scopes of work aligned to the building fire strategy and submit these for client approval prior to delivery
• Certified Product Procurement - all fire-stopping and compartmentation products are third-party certified.  Fire door replacements utilise FD30 or FD60 certified door sets, selected to suit the building strategy
• Fire Safety & Compliance Works - passive fire protection works are delivered in strict accordance with manufacturer guidance and TRADA standards, ensuring compliant installation and performance
• Quality Assurance & Golden Thread Records - works are inspected and signed off by TRADA-accredited personnel with photographic evidence captured before, during and after installation and uploaded to our Arc Projects platform, our CDE
• Digital Data Tagging - installed fire doors are data-tagged with asset and compliance information recorded on a client-accessible portal to support ongoing management and assurance
