Arc Group were awarded the contract for the refurbishment of various properties. C&C offer inspirational person-centred care and support to people over the age of 55, including People who require personal care, people living with dementia, active older people living in sheltered and extra care housing and people with health support needs.

Works have varied from property to property, this has included:
