Cornwall Mansions is an attractive end-of-terrace Victorian building, composed over four floors, offering studio and one-bedroom accommodation options. Located on the corner of Blythe Road and Lakeside Road, a short walk, to Shepherds Bush underground and overground stations.

We refurbished and upgraded the communal areas to each property to a first-class standard to provide a hassle-free living experience for all the tenants.

Works also included external repairs & refurbishment of the existing building including replacement of the roof coverings, masonry, stonework, replacement windows, guardrails, redecoration, cleaning, hard and soft landscaping.

Internally there were minor upgrades to the communal parts and the basement plus a detailed design of the mechanical and electrical services.

All works were undertaken while the building was fully occupied.
