Arc Group were successfully appointed to the Dorman Place internal and external refurbishment Programme in December 2023. We carried out the majority of works for the low-rise block utilising our directly employed in-house skilled and multi-skilled workforce.

The scope of the works included the following:

• External & common part repairs & redecoration which included CDPs
• Installation, construction, repairs, renewals, reinstatement and replacement works
• Consultation & liaison with the statutory authorities to ensure compliance and to provide the required documentation
• Asbestos refurbishment and demolition surveys
• Asbestos removal works
• Erection of scaffolding encompassing the whole block
• Overhaul of the main pitched roof area including replacement of tiles
• Replacement of roof insulation via internal access hatches
• Replacement of fascia’s & soffits & rainwater goods
• Full CCTV drainage survey and high-pressure jetting and all associated repairs
• Window and door replacement both communal and internal flat doors
• Replacement of the security doors to the block
• Brickwork repairs & cleaning
• Redecoration of communal areas internally and externally
