Dolphin Living creates affordable homes for working Londoners. They aim to provide high quality, truly affordable housing, in desirable locations, near good transport links, for working Londoners on modest incomes. They currently own 800 homes for rent, working in nine inner London boroughs, and we want to work throughout inner London.

Grove Court is a 1930s built four storey blocks of 12 flats. The property is located on an attractive road close to Ealing Common.

Our works included the refurbishment of 11 flats, internal redecoration to all rooms and repairs of common parts within the communal areas. Our works were carried out with the tenants in full occupation:

• Replacement and refurbishment of all roofing areas
• Full redecorations to the external and communal parts
• New flooring on all communal walkways and staircases
• Landscaping around the building and within the grassed area at the rear of the building
• New facia boards, soffits, down pipes and guttering
• New main entrances doors with CCTV and access controls
• New fire rated flat entrance doors
• Complete re-wire of all flats
• New boiler installations to all flats
• New Kitchen and Bathrooms
• Complete redecoration of all communal areas and to all flats
