We have worked for Hillingdon for many years on all different projects on all different architype of properties.

We started our relationship with Hillingdon for DDA adaptations to suite the vulnerable residents. We were tasked with renovating the properties to provide accessibility throughout the properties which included the design and installation of wet rooms with accessible showers, adapting reception rooms to enable wheelchair access.

From this initial contract, we have developed our relationship with the Borough Council to undertake numerous work types and more recently we have successfully carried out decarbonisation contracts utilising their SHDF commitments.

Works throughout all contracts have included:

• Decarbonisation of housing stock – solar PVs, air source heat pumps, EWI, IWI, new windows and doors
• Demolition of bathrooms / WCs to reconstruct to form accessible openings and wet rooms
• Construction of ramps
• Soft and hard landscaping
• Kitchen and bathroom installation in blocks and scattered properties
• Window & Fire Door installations
• Roofing including refurbishment and complete renewals, chimneys and rain water goods
• All M&E works to properties including complete rewires and plumbing
