Our contract for Moat was for the supply and installation of energy efficiency measures relating to 29 properties on Mondon Road, Essex which are part of the Moat housing stock. The customers in the properties included elderly and disabled residents as well as some who had mobility issues. The properties were of traditional build, chalet bungalow circa 1930s. All properties were small 2-bedroom terrace and semi-detached houses.

Works included:

• Underfloor insulation and ventilation work utilising an innovative Q-Bot system (installed by a robot)
• Loft insulation
• Installation of PV systems
• New windows & doors
• EICRs
• Full property rewires, replacement of consumer units to 18th edition requirements and installation of smoke detectors
• Works to stair wells
• Works to both bedrooms
• Full decoration throughout internally and external works
