West Wickham Library
Arc Group were awarded the contract to transform West Wickham Library into a vibrant and flexible space designed for diverse community use. The project involved the extensive demolition of the existing library structure, leaving only three walls intact and the construction of a brand new two-storey building. This modern facility was designed to offer a variety of dedicated spaces for public use, significantly enhancing the library’s role within the community.

- Demolition & Reconstruction: we demolished nearly the entire existing library, preserving just three walls and constructed a new two-storey building. This new structure was designed to accommodate a range of community-focused services and activities, ensuring the space is versatile and future-proof
- New Facilities & Spaces: The rebuilt library now features several new spaces aimed at serving the community, including: Event Gallery, Café, Maker Space, Business Lounge, Community Space, Outdoor Classrooms
