The CAT A fit-out at South Orbit Avenue involved a comprehensive setup of temporary site services to support construction activities while meeting specific client and regulatory requirements. This project focussed on preparing an unoccupied office space for potential tenants by installing essential infrastructure and ensuring functionality for future customisation by the occupant. Temporary services for this site were critical in maintaining safety, providing utility access and ensuring smooth operations throughout the fit-out process.

- MDU (Meter Distribution Unit), installed as the primary distribution point for electrical services providing reliable and scalable power for various site activities
- Site Power, configured to support construction operations, including specialised power supplies for tools, machinery and lighting systems
- Site Lighting & Scaffold Lighting, essential for both worker safety and operational efficiency
- Fire Alarm System, installed to comply with fire safety regulations to ensure a rapid response in case of fire hazards
- Welfare Power, ensuring these areas remain operational and comfortable for workers
- Water BIP Taps to Each Floor, to ensure convenient access to water throughout the site
- Plumbing & Public Health Services, to facilitate both water supply and waste disposal across the site
- Leak Detection with WINT Technology, employed to monitor water usage and detect leaks in real time
- Sanitaryware, all essential fixtures to support the welfare needs of the on-site workforce
