N2–the latest addition to Landsec’s landmark Nova development in Victoria

N2 has delivered 165,000 sqft of prime office space on a severely constrained site whilst significantly improving the connectivity between Victoria’s Nova and Cardinal Place.

N2 is the penultimate phase of the Nova master plan that has transformed Victoria into a leading destination for business, retail and leisure. Featuring offices across 16 floors, each with access to outdoor space in addition to a communal terrace and club room for all occupiers on Level 15, N2 has been designed with employee wellbeing, productivity and collaborative working at its core.

Arc were responsible for waterproofing the main roof on Level 18, as well as multiple terraces using Axter Wilotekt-Plus Hotmelt and Axter Starcoat QC Cold Applied liquid. We have installed metalwork, drainage sealings, service penetrations, rendering, green roofs and finishes including paving on pedestals and ballast.
