• Construction of insulated SFS upstands up to 1.8m high
• Built up warm roof system, FM Global approved, inc tapered Rockwall
• Staircore roofs – Kingspan Top deck System
• Fall arrest and abseil posts
• Penetration boxes

Main Project Risks/Key Challenges

• Early design approval of tapered insulation to meet critical programme dates at commencement
• Storage of materials and JIT deliveries – due to the large volume of insulation required in the scheme and the fast-paced nature of construction
• High quality and H&S standards onsite due to the end client being Microsoft meaning all systems, processes and paperwork followed were significant
