The client Greycoat Real Estate was tasked to refurbish 22,236sq m of office space. Premier Place will see the complete refurbishment of a 1990s office block on Devonshire Square EC2 in the City of London. The re-imagined building will feature fabulous decking areas for staff to see the city from height, retail at ground floor, a double height reception with feature staircase and a new secondary office entrance. The refreshed building will include cycle storage and showers and will be targeting BREEAM Excellent.

Arc Waterproofing were employed to carry out the following works:

• Design and production information
• Advise on manufacture/construction/installation techniques that benefit the design and finishes to suit the application
• Coordination of the design as it develops with all interfacing trades
• Production of coordinate drawings
• Test results proving either or both fire or acoustic requirements
• Provision of samples and mock-ups in conjunction with the above
• Design of all steel work–connections steel work to steel work providing details and calculations
• Design of all roof and decking finishes along with waterproofing systems
• Production of drawing showing support details for the paving of the waterproof membrane
• Carrying out all roofing and waterproofing works
