Arc Waterproofing were responsible for the design of the roofing solution utilizingBIM360technology, and the works included:

Installation of drainage channels, inspection chambers, timber planters, core 10 free-standing benches, biodiverse brown roof, retaining angles, ballast, paving on pedestals and the waterproofing of multiple balconies, terraces and the main roof using Alumasc Hydro tech Hotmelt, Caltech QC cold applied liquid and Derbigum waterproofing systems
