Arc Group were involved in Woolwich’s new creative district, a new chapter as the capital’s next landmark cultural destination.  The Royal Borough of Greenwich’s had ambitious plans to create a destination for the arts in Woolwich’s Royal Arsenal. The first phase of a multi-million-pound restoration of historic buildings, was to create a 15,000sqm complex of theatres, dance studios and places to eat.  Punch-drunk, the world-renowned theatre company is just one of the big-name tenants. Punch-drunk has joined a number of local, national and internationally acclaimed artists as a resident company, including Europe’s first majority black and minority ethnic orchestra Chineke.

Our works included:-

• The repairs to Buildings 17 & 18 for temporary use, plus long-term repair and re-roofing works to Building 19
• Permanent re-roofing works to Building 40 & 41
