Managing Director, ARC Waterproofing
Tim brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career with the maintenance of the Military Estate. Around a decade ago, Tim transitioned into the roofing industry, starting with a small roofing contractor in Cambridge. In 2018, he joined ARC Waterproofing, where his leadership skills and industry knowledge quickly led him to the role of Managing Director. Tim has since built a dedicated and passionate team, all committed to delivering successful projects for clients every time. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been crucial in driving the division's continued success.

A chartered accountant by profession, Saurabh joined Arc Group to lead our accounts team with his extensive expertise in finance. With a background in senior finance roles, Saurabh brings a wealth of experience to our Group’s accounting and finance function. As Finance Director, Saurabh is responsible for overseeing the group’s corporate structure and ensuring its financial performance meets our strategic goals. His duties include managing financial reporting, annual budgets, cost analysis and cash flow management. Saurabh also plays a critical role in capitalising on tax planning opportunities and ensuring compliance across the group. His leadership ensures that Arc Group’s financial operations are robust, efficient and aligned with our long-term vision

He plays a crucial role in fostering a strong health and safety culture within the organization, helping all team members adopt a structured approach to improving workplace safety.

In recent years, Matthew has developed an additional working career in heading up our Site Temporary Services division, a role in which he has excelled in by providing tailored solutions from some of Arc’s most prestigious blue-chip clients.
