Tony began his career as an electrician, laying the foundation for what would become a distinguished and impactful journey in the construction industry. With an innate entrepreneurial spirit and deep understanding of the industry’s intricacies, Tony has become a visionary leader. With teamwork, the Arc Group has evolved into a reputable Principal Contractor, delivering high-quality projects to an esteemed portfolio of clients, particularly in the public sector.

Chris brings over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career as a Quantity Surveyor. Throughout his tenure, Chris has played a pivotal role in the sustainable growth of Arc Group, leveraging his extensive expertise to establish a strong financial foundation for the company. His commitment to transparency and an open book approach has been instrumental in fostering trust and collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring the long-term success and stability of the Group.

Tim brings 25 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career with the maintenance of the Military Estate. Around a decade ago, Tim transitioned into the roofing industry, starting with a small roofing contractor in Cambridge. In 2018, he joined ARC Waterproofing, where his leadership skills and industry knowledge quickly led him to the role of Managing Director. Tim has since built a dedicated and passionate team, all committed to delivering successful projects for clients every time. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have been crucial in driving the division's continued success.

A chartered accountant by profession, Saurabh joined Arc Group to lead our accounts team with his extensive expertise in finance. With a background in senior finance roles, Saurabh brings a wealth of experience to our Group’s accounting and finance function. As Finance Director, Saurabh is responsible for overseeing the group’s corporate structure and ensuring its financial performance meets our strategic goals. His duties include managing financial reporting, annual budgets, cost analysis and cash flow management. Saurabh also plays a critical role in capitalising on tax planning opportunities and ensuring compliance across the group. His leadership ensures that Arc Group’s financial operations are robust, efficient and aligned with our long-term vision

Stacey has been a valued member of the team for over a decade. Appointed to her current role in 2022, Stacey brings a wealth of experience from her previous positions in HR and the Finance Department. As a member of the Board and a trustee of the company’s pension and staff benefit schemes, Stacey is deeply trusted within the organisation. Her dedication to employee well-being is further demonstrated by her role as one of Arc’s Mental Health First Aiders. Stacey is passionate about supporting employees in their professional journeys, ensuring they thrive and are aware of company values and team working.

Aiden has been a dedicated member of the Arc Group for over a decade, starting his career with the company as a trainee Quantity Surveyor (QS). Through a combination of hard work, commitment, and valuable mentorship from the Group Managing Director, Aiden has steadily advanced within the organisation to his current role as Group Commercial Manager. In this pivotal position, Aiden holds overall responsibility for the company's commercial and procurement functions. His deep understanding of the financial and operational aspects of construction projects enables him to effectively manage costs, negotiate contracts, and ensure that Arc Group's projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Amy has spent the last 10 years in the construction industry, beginning her career as an apprentice. Her journey through various roles has led her to her current position, where she channels her passion for social value. Having started as an apprentice, Amy deeply understands the apprenticeship journey and the critical role of mentorship. She is committed to aligning with client objectives, particularly in local employment and training. A conscientious and dedicated team member, Amy is passionate about supporting the communities in which Arc operates and ensuring the delivery of the company’s ESG commitments.

James brings over 46 years of extensive experience across the construction, social housing, rail, commercial, fire stopping, and compartmentation industries. He is responsible for overseeing Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) across all Arc Group companies. Known for his deep knowledge of legislation and safe systems of work, James is highly respected by site teams who value his guidance and expertise. He plays a crucial role in fostering a strong health and safety culture within the organization, helping all team members adopt a structured approach to improving workplace safety.

Kellie has devoted her entire professional career to the construction industry, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to her role as Head of Preconstruction & Marketing at Arc. Kellie leads her department with a keen focus on winning work, compliance and accreditations. She ensures that all projects adhere to the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements, safeguarding Arc’s reputation for excellence and reliability.

Marcus is an experienced Director and leader with a highly analytical, innovative, straightforward and commercial approach to developing and implementing business processes. He is passionate about delivering service of the highest order. Having worked in the Housing Sector for over 35 years, he possesses a broad range of expertise to include; strategic leadership, performance, change and growth management, integrated asset management, compliance, repairs, planned maintenance, energy efficiency and building safety. He prides himself on his proven track record of creating high performing teams through his passion for enabling and empowering organisations and their most valuable asset “people”, in making better decisions that ensure a sense of purpose and heightened levels of performance. Committed to ensuring that businesses support the communities in which they operate, he truly believes that Housing Maintenance Services should be seen as a cornerstone of community through the services that they provide.

Matthew has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and brings 10 years to Arc as Head of M&E Services. Throughout his career, Matthew has specialised in the M&E field, honing his expertise across a diverse range of sectors, including social housing, education, private, public and commercial markets. In recent years, Matthew has developed an additional working career in heading up our Site Temporary Services division, a role in which he has excelled in by providing tailored solutions from some of Arc’s most prestigious blue-chip clients.

Mark brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry to his role as SHEQ Manager at ARC Waterproofing and Site Temporary Services. With extensive hands-on experience in both the waterproofing and site temps divisions Mark is a seasoned professional whose deep understanding of these areas in invaluable to the team. In his role, Mark is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health and safety across these divisions.

Richard has worked within the construction industry for the past 10 years, previously for large manufacturers. He has also spent 5 years as a Project Manager for flooring installations and Fire Safety products. His role at Arc Group is overseeing and managing our procurement strategy to ensure efficient sourcing of goods and services with a focus on creating long-term procurement plans that align with our overall business objectives. Sustainability is a current focus for Richard and his team, driving innovation, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimising the procurement processes to support business growth and competitiveness.
