We’re proud to be delivering £2.5m of decarbonisation works across the London Borough of Hillingdon, supporting warmer, healthier and more energy-efficient homes for residents.

Our works to date include:

Roofing upgrades
External & cavity wall insulation (EWI & CWI)
New energy-efficient windows and doors
Improved ventilation systems
 Loft insulation
 Installation of moisture sensors in line with Awaab’s Law, helping to proactively identify and manage damp and mould risks

Resident safety, comfort and wellbeing remain at the heart of everything we do. By working in partnership with Hillingdon, we are delivering improvements that reduce energy demand, cut carbon emissions, and create healthier living environments — while maintaining clear communication and minimising disruption for residents throughout the works.

This programme forms a key part of our wider Net Zero Carbon and building safety commitments, combining fabric-first solutions with resident-focused delivery.
