This month our Waterproofing Division will be kick starting works on a residential development made up of 4 blocks and the podium. We will be partnering with Radmat Building Products Ltd to install their PermaQuik Hotmelt Waterproofing, Insulation and Green Roofs. Our package also consists of paving on pedestals and ballast finishes, Lift Overruns as well as Mansafe and Abseil Systems.

Key Challenges:

• Working over the winter period - The increase of vast winds upon the roofs due to the site being located adjacent to the river.
