Arc is proud to be supporting a client in Amsterdam on a complex data centre facility, where we are delivering critical remedial works to protect one of Europe’s most advanced digital infrastructure facilities from water ingress and weatherproofing issues.

Following a visit by our specialist team to conduct a visual survey of defects and a thermographic survey by MOY, we worked closely with our client and MOY to develop a remedial solution to stop water ingress around the parapet walls of the Data Centre.

A scope of works was devised and agreed by all parties, which included:

?? Temporary removal of lighting conductor system and reinstatement on completion
?? Removal of existing cappings
?? Overclad of upstands with Cement Board
?? Installation of MOY Enkopur Cold applied liquid system
?? Installation of new PPC Aluminium edge trim
?? Electronic Test of all roof areas and patch repair of defects identified

Working collaboratively with our client and Moy Materials, we ensured that all works were completed safely, efficiently, and without disruption to this live, high-security data environment — where precision and reliability are critical.
