Last week, we downed tools across our sites for half a day to focus on what really matters — our people.

James Begley, our Head of SHEQ, led a company-wide SafetyCulture Session bringing together site managers, operatives, and senior management to reflect on how we can strengthen our culture of care. It wasn’t about paperwork or policies — it was about honest conversations, shared experiences, and reminding ourselves why safety is personal.

At Arc Group, we believe the best safety systems are built on trust, leadership, and teamwork. When people feel empowered to speak up and supported to do the right thing, that’s when true safety culture thrives.

Compliance will always be important, but culture is what keeps everyone safe — and that’s something we’ll never stop investing in.
