Waterproofing Site

A beautiful morning for some photography! Yesterday our budding in-house photographer, Kirstie Winder, captured some snaps of another of our high-end sites rapidly approachingcompletion for our Waterproofing division.

The package includes Proteus Hot Melt and Cold Melt Waterproofing Systems and insulation tovarious sized terraces as well as the Main Roofs and the Podium.

Finishes consisted of granite paving to terraces andmaintenance paving and ballast to plantareas. We also installed Green Roofs along with the Irrigation System.

A Mansafe Fall Arrest system was also installed to the terraces and plant room façade formaintenance purposes.

FreeDeck drainage channels were installed to all terraces, as well as gutters, hoppers anddownpipes being installed to the maintenance areas along with COLT Louvres, for the purposesof smoke extraction throughout the building.
