Our Team

Our multidisciplinary design team brings together a broad range of skills and experience across residential, public sector and complex refurbishment projects.  This diversity allows us to respond effectively to differing building types, regulatory environments and client needs across the UK and Europe.

Our Approach

Our design process is collaborative, structured and aligned with the Building Safety Act, Building Safety Regulator (BSR) requirements and Golden Thread principles.

• Client Engagement - we work closely with clients to understand vision, risk, budget and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring safety and compliance are embedded from day one
• Concept & Technical Development - designs are developed with a strong focus on buildability, fire safety, accessibility, sustainability and whole-life performance
• Design Coordination & Assurance - through iterative review and coordination, we refine designs to manage risk, meet statutory requirements and support Gateway processes where applicable
• Implementation Support - our teams work closely with delivery partners to ensure designs are implemented safely, accurately and in line with approved information
