Our works included the internal configuration from the base build CAT-A fit-out within the new building “Scale Space” development. The new configuration included the coordination of services to the new arrangement including modifications to the existing MEP engineering services installations.

We were required to develop the contract design and apply to the existing base build design and coordinate the existing services. Works included new partitions and a structural shell installation for a bespoke folding partition wall.
