Arc Group have worked with Local Space for 5 years on a collaborative partnership term. Local Space is a housing association based in London’s East End; their aim is to provide housing for the homeless, those on low incomes and key workers in the public sector. Their estate currently stands at circa 2,000 homes but in 2016 they embarked on an expansion programme under which they have acquired a further 800 properties.

On the strength of our performance carrying out pilot properties our relationship has grown over the years and we are now carrying out a decarbonisation pilot scheme to various properties.
